Get control and clarity back with cannabis

Together we work on the patterns underneath your cannabis use so you regain control and mental clarity instead of getting pulled into the same loops.

How We Work Together

Weekly 1-hour sessions via Google Meet, scheduled at a consistent time each week so it becomes a reliable anchor in your routine.

Between sessions, you have voice memo support for questions or anything that comes up.

Each week we talk through the shifts in routine to focus on for the week, how the previous week went, and unpack the layers within the subconscious mind where resistance and constriction live.

What We Work On

  • We start with one or two small shifts in your routine each week. Examples might be a 10-minute morning practice or a short midday reset.
  • We anchor new practices to habits you already have. That's the most efficient way to ensure new neurological patterns stick.
  • As the first shifts begin to take hold, we layer in more at a pace that is sustainable.
  • You'll also learn how to work with and regulate your nervous system in real time. This is helpful around moments of stress, boredom, or habit loops before they turn into autopilot cannabis use.

What People Usually Experience

  • Mental clarity starts to return.
  • The constant back and forth around cannabis begins to dissolve.
  • Stress becomes something you can navigate without automatically reaching for it.
  • Cannabis becomes intentional instead of habitual.

Is This For You?

This might be a good fit if:

  • You’ve been back and forth with cannabis and can’t tell if it’s helping or holding you back anymore.
  • You want to feel more in control of it instead of the other way around.
  • You don’t necessarily want to quit, but you want the relationship to feel clearer and more intentional.
  • You notice patterns like reaching for it without thinking, brain fog, or relying on it more than you’d like.
  • You’re open to looking at what’s underneath the habit.

This might not be the right fit if:

  • You’re looking for rigid rules or someone to push you to quit.
  • You want quick tips without looking at what’s underneath the patterns.
  • You’re not in a place where you want to make any changes right now.
  • Someone else is pushing you to change and you’re not sure you want to.

Next Steps

Most people start with a discovery call to see if this approach makes sense for them.

A 20-minute conversation to understand where you're at with cannabis, what’s been going on around it, and what would help you move forward from here.

“He remains present throughout and creates a safe environment to share.”
